Technical Expertise:
Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, and others.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, performance, load, reliability, and NFR testing.
Perform traceability analysis from requirements to test plans and test results, ensuring complete coverage and compliance.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Own the V&V strategy and execution, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Work extensively with AWS native services and Python to build scalable and maintainable test infrastructure.
Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and validation practices across microservices and APIs.
Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, test effectiveness, and automation maturity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
Expertise in AWS and Python.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.
Experience in performance, load, reliability, and NFR testing.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and cloud-native development.
Proven ability to perform traceability analysis and manage test documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
AWS certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in automation and V&V.
