What We'll Bring:
Sr. Scrum Master responsible for leading 2 or more Scrum teams in the Agile Scrum process. Must have SAFe experience and have led a scrum team as a Scrum Master in an ART.
What You'll Bring:

  • Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles
  • Uphold the framework and integrity of Scrum practices
  • Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
  • Coach outside groups affected by the initiative to help them understand how Scrum works and how their own work-groups may be affected
  • Provide servant leadership, and ensure accountability
  • Ensure transparency, inspection and adaption
  • Shield the team from external interference to avoid distractions from meeting commitments
  • Lead the team to reflect and retrospect to improve the process continuously, thus enabling long-term productivity and quality
  • Provide regular feedback to the team, and celebrate the team's successes and small wins
  • Ensure the team does not become complacent, and the passion for continuous improvement remains in-tact
  • Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and Sprint planning processes, as well as all other Scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and Sprint delivery
  • Initiate / Participate in cross organization dependencies for/from other Scrum teams, helping navigate complex delivery challenges, allowing for optimized delivery flow
  • Monitor and track PI milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
  • Collaborate with the teams to identify and resolve problems, removing impediments/barriers for the team, and escalating to the RTE as needed
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Scrum team processes and performance, and collaborate with the teams on changes and improvements


Impact You'll Make:
The Scrum Master should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
  • A minimum of four years' experience working with and coaching Scrum teams
  • A minimum of four years of relevant Information Technology experience
  • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
  • Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Confluence and Jira


This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
