About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst that has experience with business planning, revenue
reporting, sales insights, and forecasting. This role will work closely with Sales, CS, Finance, and Operations to manage data quality, enrichment, commissions, and lead projects for Avive’s core business objectives. You will report to the Sr. Director of Business operations and partner with Avive’s leaders to build towards operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Manage reporting data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business cadences and report out to various audiences including senior management
- Provide insights for sales, CS, and executive teams with Tableau and on demand dashboards
- Leverage data points to identify friction points for teams and enable collaboration and effectiveness of
- processes for repeated success
- Create ad hoc reports for financial and sales reporting related to predictive forecasting, recognition, and bookings across CRM – ERP systems
- Partner with Sales, Sr. Director of BizOps, and Finance to support revenue forecasting and monthly demand planning
- Develop project prioritization methodologies, manage emerging strategic priorities, and change management communications
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to further streamline sales and partner quotas and commissions programs
- Report on key business metrics to indicate business health and make meaningful and actionable recommendations to accelerate revenue
Who you are:
- 3-5 years reporting on KPIs to executive teams on a regular basis
- 3+ years managing quotas and commissions programs and communications
- Experience managing projects and change across different teams
- Strong analytical skill with use of Tableau, Excel, and system dashboards
- 3+ years working with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- 3-5 years implementing and managing revenue systems such as Outreach.io, Zendesk, Orum, commissions software, Netsuite Salesforce certified

Rory Beyer, Moseley Andrews, and Sameer Jafri came together with a seemingly simple idea – that anyone can and should be able to positively impact the outcome of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) rescue.
Drawn together by their complementary skills and background, they met at a conference focused on SCA prevention and quickly came to share a vision for the profound impact that a more effective solution could have on thousands of families every year.
With Rory and Moseley’s technical expertise and a novel AED concept they had developed at MIT, combined with Sameer’s experience in SCA prevention through his non-profit organization – Saving Hearts Foundation, the three co-founded Avive in 2017.
