What You Will Achieve
As a Revenue Management Analyst your role is to optimize revenue streams and enhance profitability through strategic data analysis and decision support. This involves leveraging advanced analytical tools to interpret data sets and provide actionable financial insights for Accounts, Therapeutic Area and Brands. The analyst must have full understanding of Gross to Net components, be able to create simulation scenarios, identify trends and offer strategies to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
-Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies based on gross to net optimization to maximize revenue and profitability. Utilize analytical tools to interpret, simulate scenarios and generate actionable insights, perform sensitivity and price elasticity analyses to support commercial decision-making, monitor margin and profitability indicators by channel, customer, and product.
-Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Key Account and National Sales Managers to align commercial strategy and ensure consistent execution and adherence to the company's revenue goals.
-Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators by Therapeutic Areas, Brands and Accounts.
-Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management practices.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in Revenue Management and/or Financial Planning, especially in pharmaceutical companies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge Microsft Office - Excel. Data visualization such as Tableau is highly desirable.
- Other Skills: Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
