Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.
There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake’s founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn’t stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow.
Snowflake’s Sales Strategy & Business Operations team is seeking a Product GTM Strategy Manager to help define and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy for its Data Engineering and Analytics products. This is a high-stakes individual contributor role in which you will identify trends, provide recommendations, and lead initiatives to execute the go-to-market strategy for these products. You will partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams and work collaboratively to put in place new processes and best practices required for go-to-market success.
What you bring: You love combining strategy with execution and roll up your sleeves to bring plans to life. You are a “full stack” player: comfortable navigating up and across, delivering in ambiguous environments, and can work autonomously to drive results. You have a passion for technology and the role it plays in market, industry, and company change. As a builder at heart, you have an appreciation for both the strategic and operational components needed to build a world-class software company.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

-
Serve as the sales strategy business partner for teams driving execution on the ground e.g., sales specialists, technical specialists, account executives
-
Drive integration of Data Engineering and Analytics strategies into Snowflake’s core GTM motions e.g., interlock with industry, partner, finance, etc.
-
Manage major relevant strategic initiatives across the CRO org e.g., GTM integration of new Data Engineering acquisitions, incubation of new use cases
-
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify implications for broader GTM architecture e.g., customer segmentation, sales plays / campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, etc.
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
-
10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years in roles such as corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or GTM / sales strategy
-
Strong understanding of core GTM operations in a B2B technology environment e.g., sales, marketing, revenue operations
-
Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities while working across multiple business units. Experience with post-merger GTM integrations is a plus.
-
Sufficient technical understanding to drive conversations with engineers and product owners on topics like cloud data platforms, data engineering, data lakes, etc.
-
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
-
Experience with business modeling; operational, financial, and statistical analysis
-
Experience with data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required)
