This is a unique, high-visibility opportunity to make an immediate impact on the fastest growing business unit in Gartner. The Sr Product Manager will play a crucial role contributing to our products and strategy for all C-suite clients that are not in IT. The role will drive high-impact strategic initiatives spanning multiple Gartner businesses.

As a critical member of the team, the Sr Product Manager will be responsible for gathering information to understand customer needs and value drivers, prioritizing key customer segments and roles, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, defining strategy, leveraging scalable best practices, identifying and implementing market-driven enhancements, tracking progress and driving impact.

This high-impact, high visibility role sits within the Global Product Management team and will significantly contribute to achieving sustained double-digit revenue growth and strong client retention.

What you will do:

· Analyze performance to understand bright spots and areas of opportunity, and work with stakeholders to take action

· Identify, analyze and build business cases for new product opportunities to drive improvement and innovation across the broader business portfolio, piloting products as needed

· Solve important problems working with various data sets and stakeholders to deepen our collective understanding of our business

· Develop communications for and present to top executives and senior management – high visibility role

· Drive the commercial success of our products along with client satisfaction

· Lead and project manage critical cross-functional initiatives

What you will need:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an analytical field, MBA a plus

· 6-8 years experience in product management

· Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills

· High degree of competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis with attention to detail

· Ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with a high degree of professionalism

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· A strong bias for action, including balancing tradeoffs and do what it takes to get things done

· Willingness to leverage a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and positive attitude to continuously build, measure, learn, and grow

· High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality, executive-ready deliverables

· Flexibility and openness to working on different types of projects, depending on need and interests

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
