As the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, you will have a critical role in shaping the architecture of our entire marketing technology stack, managing key platforms such as Marketo, Segment, 6sense and integrations with Salesforce. You will be the driving force behind optimizing lead lifecycle workflows and ensuring that leads are handed over to sales teams in an efficient manner. Your expertise will empower transformative changes that impact not just your team but the broader business, allowing you to deliver high-level, visionary initiatives.

As an active member of our team, you will

  • Marketing Systems Architect: Lead the architecture, management, and optimization of marketing technology systems while owning the Marketo and Segment instances.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Design and implement the lead lifecycle from lead capture through qualification and nurture, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales teams to drive lead velocity and conversion.
  • System Integrations: Ensure seamless integrations across marketing and sales systems to support data accuracy and high-performance lead management, with a focus on improving efficiency.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Develop robust reporting and monitoring systems to track the performance of marketing operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices for maintaining data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems and ensure that all data flows between platforms meet the necessary security standards.
  • Technology Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the MarTech ecosystem to improve marketing efficiency and scalability, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to support business goals.
  • Strategic Partnering with Leadership: A skilled communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and manage relationships across marketing, sales, data and IT teams to ensure alignment on lead management processes and system usage.
  • Best practices: Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvements.
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience with deep hands-on expertise in managing and architecting MarTech stacks.
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of marketing and sales systems (e.g. Marketo, Segment, Ringlead, 6sense, Outreach, Qualified, Salesforce)
  • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, Tray.io for custom integrations and reverse ETL solutions.
  • Can effectively leverage APIs and integration technologies to connect disparate systems and create seamless user experiences.
  • Proven ability to design and manage lead lifecycle workflows, ensuring timely handoff to sales teams.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making across diverse marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Expertise in integrating multiple systems to support data quality, lead flow, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from conception to implementation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology is preferred.


Salary Range ($128,300 - $170,000). The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
