As the Manager of Digital Acquisition, you will oversee the strategic direction of paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and our gift card program.
This role will be responsible for leading channel owners to develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy across our paid digital channels and gift card program. This collection of channels represents a critical lever in our diner acquisition strategy, and this role will accelerate learning to maximize new diner volume and quality and ensure optimal customer experience.
You should bring subject matter expertise in these digital acquisition channels and collaborate with other teams to identify acquisition opportunities, bring new ideas, take risks and re-think existing approaches.
The Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and execute strategy to drive full funnel objectives across digital channels to acquire new diners, drive incremental orders, and drive sign ups to our subscription program
  • Guide the Paid Social in house team and collaborate with agency/vendor partners and internal teams across Programmatic, Affiliate and Gift Card
  • Manage direct relationships with vendors including Meta, Google, and others
  • Daily/weekly/quarterly mid-funnel budget and performance management
  • Ensure flawless execution and troubleshoot any problems
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and take action to improve performance
  • Play a key role in executing tests and reporting insights to senior leadership
  • Lead the advanced measurement and incrementality testing strategy of mid-funnel channels in partnership with analytics and vendor partners
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
  • Help influence strategic recommendations for our overall new diner acquisition plans
  • Perform competitive research and stay up to date on the latest trends and marketing among competitors


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6+ years experience in a cross functional strategic and executional role
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team and direct reports
  • Experience with Programmatic DSPs and Social platform ads managers
  • Hands on experience in Paid Social with crafting and deploying campaigns and setting up tests
  • Understanding of Paid Social bid objectives, ad types, creative formats and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with various methodologies of incrementality and conversion lift testing and ability to translate results into tactical strategies and decisions
  • A proven track record executing test and learn strategies and accurately reporting results
  • Knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising strategies by media type
  • Strong communication skills: ability to clearly communicate results, key learning, areas of opportunities
  • Ability to flex between "in the weeds" channel knowledge and driving high-level vision and team goals


New York Salary Range: $114,500-171,500
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
