Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architects, and technical teams, you will ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and business needs. A key expectation is to drive and integrate AI/ML initiatives into both current platforms and future programs, enabling innovation and intelligent automation across the domain. This position requires a balance of technical leadership, governance, and hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives.
You will report directly to the IT Manager and be based in Pune/Bangalore, India, operating in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will own the solution architecture for Legal and Trade systems.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, cloud, and integrations.
- Align IT architecture with business goals, scalability needs, and future roadmap.
- Establish and enforce architecture principles, design patterns, and standards.
- Own solution architecture and design reviews for Legal and Trade Compliance systems, ensuring optimal technology choices.
- Drive and integrate AI/ML and GenAI initiatives into current and future solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Honeywell global security standards, compliance, and enterprise policies.
- Translate concepts into working demos to assess feasibility, scalability, and ROI.
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices from POC outcomes.
- Mentor developers and architects on modern technologies, architecture, and design practices.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on architecture decisions and implementation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- 7+ years in IT with strong experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to build POCs and prototypes independently.
- Strong programming experience (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js).
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP). Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) will be an added advantage
- Ability to stay close to technology, contribute to code when needed, and guide teams through complex implementation
- Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, integration, and security
- Familiarity with Legal, Contracting, and Compliance domains.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
