Role Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $75,000 – 85,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
As a member of our customer-facing organization, you will engage directly with our customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals (FPs) across the country, helping grow and support their firms. As part of the Investment Advisory (IA) Support team, in the broader Operations and Technology Solutions organization, you will work closely with other team members in all aspects of operational and service activities. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive success as you navigate all aspects of Financial Professional support, with a focus on WMP (Envestnet). Your contributions will ensure that our Financial Professionals get best-in-class service in every interaction with Osaic.
Our Investment Advisory Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our internal teams by providing an additional tier of support to the front-line service teams and working directly with FPs. You will work on resolving escalations, identifying process improvements, creating and improving internal and external process documents. You will focus on improving the FP experience while using your knowledge of WMP, Custodians (NFS and Pershing), Operational processes, and workflows. You will also be responsible for resolving items and processing reports in WMP. Our teams work Monday through Friday schedules.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Investment Advisory platforms, particularly WMP (Envestnet), providing guidance and training to internal teams and Financial Professionals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, FAQs, and training materials for both internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Core Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Product Management to resolve complex issues and enhance user experience and functionality.
Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving advisor experience and operational efficiency.
Analyze service trends and escalation data to identify root causes and recommend process or system improvements.
Monitor and reconcile advisory reports using WMP (Envestnet), across custodians (NFS and Pershing) to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
Resolve escalation on complex items.
Provide feedback and insights to leadership on recurring issues, advisor pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and operational insights as needed.
Serve as a liaison between front-line service teams and technology teams to translate business needs into system enhancements.

Basic Requirements:
4+ years of experience in operations financial services or broker-dealer setting
Proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Experience with WMP (ENV), NFS, Pershing.
STRONG customer focus orientation.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work independently and maintain elevated levels of quality.
Self-motivated individual capable of meeting departmental expectations and deadlines
Ability to participate and contribute to a team environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred CRM experience / Salesforce experience.
Completion of FINRA SIE exam.
FINRA Series 7 license, other FINRA licenses.
