The Role

Are you passionate about financial reporting and eager to drive process improvements across a dynamic organization? As our new Sr. Finance Manager, a key member of our CFO team, you will leverage your expertise to deliver actionable insights, support business leaders, and help shape our financial future. What you will be doing:

  • Deliver accurate and timely 3-statement forecasting and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).

  • Support business leaders with robust analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Develop and enhance financial reporting processes for better business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and system functionality.

  • Identify and mitigate key financial and compliance risks.

  • Lead the monthly management reporting process, including dashboards, KPIs, and leadership presentations.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and contribute to special projects as needed.

What you will likely bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a specialized or industry-specific role.

  • Proven experience in forecasting balance sheets and cash flow.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems and business applications.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

  • High attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to learn and explore new technologies, especially ERP systems.

  • Proven ability to deliver key business insights that drive decision-making.

  • Experience supporting multiple departments (e.g., Finance Operations, Accounting, Order Operations).

  • Customer service orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.

  • Expertise in leveraging technology solutions to meet business needs.

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
