Holistic Industries is excited to be seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Manager to lead the success of our Swisher Blunt brand partnership. This new role for the organization will play a critical part in expanding the brand’s product lineup in Michigan and guiding its successful entry into new markets!


As the Senior Enterprise Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison with our partner brand’s management team, aligning strategy, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence throughout the partnership. You will also subsequently coordinate and strengthen our cross-functional collaboration across Holistic’s internal teams, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence—ensuring seamless execution of business objectives for this partnership.

Your Strengths:

 

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives and integrating partnership brands into broader company operations. Skilled at serving as the central liaison across departments, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities and smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Project & Production Management: Experienced in driving projects from concept through execution while managing KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Adept at coordinating production, procurement, and distribution to ensure goals are met, workflows run efficiently, and products are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
  • Sales Strategy & Coordination: Proven ability to establish and manage annual and quarterly sales forecasts, aligning sales teams and brand ambassadors to overall business objectives. Skilled in partnering with Sales, Finance, and HR to monitor performance, ensure sales targets are met or exceeded, and incorporate results into incentive programs.
  • Brand Activation & Growth: Strong background in collaborating with internal leaders and external marketing partners to plan and execute brand activations and campaigns. Experienced in analyzing performance data from events, fostering strategic relationships, and using insights to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and growth in competitive markets.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Highly skilled in developing and tracking performance metrics, preparing detailed reports on sales performance, production, and market dynamics for senior leadership. Adept at leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and recommend strategies that support long-term growth and compliance with evolving regulations
