About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Sr. Manager of Content Strategy to lead and optimize our content development process. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all content projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery across multiple teams and platforms. You will leverage your expertise in project management, communication, and content strategy to drive impactful content experiences that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee all content projects within Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet deadlines.

Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, clearly communicating project status and updates to stakeholders.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and roadblocks.

Champion process improvements to enhance content project efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Content Calendar Management:
-
Own and maintain the central content calendar, working closely with the Communications and Marketing Operations teams to ensure alignment and integration with broader marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Communications, Marketing, Product, Industry) to gather input, prioritize projects, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date content calendar.

Facilitate regular content council meetings with key stakeholders to review progress, discuss upcoming initiatives, and foster collaboration.

Budget Management:

Assist in managing budget line items related to content creation and distribution.

Track and report on content-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Communications (PR, Executive, Analyst Relations), Marketing (Digital, Field, Campaigns), Product, and Industry.

Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.

Process Optimization:
-
Continuously evaluate and improve content development processes, workflows, and tools to optimize efficiency and quality.

Identify opportunities to streamline content operations and leverage technology to enhance productivity.

Basic Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy and project management, preferably within a B2B environment.

2+ years of Marketing Operations
-
Proven experience managing complex content projects across multiple teams and platforms.

Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront and content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Budget management experience is a plus.

Able to infuse creativity into all aspects of content development, ensuring it resonates with and captivates the target audience.

Excels at influencing stakeholder actions and decisions to ensure alignment and drive successful project outcomes

Possesses strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap
Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $132,200 USD - $198,400 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $110,800 USD - $198,400 USD
