We are actively seeking a talented Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our Workforce Benefits Division in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner in transforming business needs into scalable technology solutions. You’ll lead efforts to analyze, enhance, and optimize systems and processes that support our digital insurance services. Your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology will be critical in driving operational excellence and delivering value to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with developers, stakeholders, and IT teams to shape the future of our customer-centric platforms.

How you’ll help move us forward:

  • Lead collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to analyze and refine business processes and systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship in business systems analysis, leveraging 6+ years of experience.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives by designing and implementing efficient workflows that enhance operational performance.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • Drive system integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow and optimized user experiences across platforms.
  • Identify and resolve complex business and technical challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis and process optimization.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry.
  • Proven expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and analysis methodologies.
  • Strong background in system integration and optimization across enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools for business analysis and documentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience or Knowledge in Claims domain.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$110,700.00 - $135,300.00
