This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Revlon’s growing Analytics, Insights, & Business Intelligence team has an opening for a deeply curious and self-motivated Sr. Analyst, Syndicated Data and Reporting. This role will serve as Revlon’s syndicated data expert providing reporting support for the organization and involves collaborating with cross-functional leaders across all Revlon brands and functions.
We want you to take initiative, think strategically, and foster intellectual curiosity throughout the team and organization. This role reports to the Director of Analytics, Insights, & Business Intelligence and will be on-site (NYC) 3 days a week (remote Mondays and Fridays).


Job Responsibilities

  • Syndicated data expert (Circana, Euromonitor, Mintel, WGSN)
  • Training and driving reporting solutions adoption
  • Reporting and insights support across the organization
  • Assisting on strategic projects
  • Self-starter – able to meet with teams on their own
  • Anticipate business and research needs resourcefully, understanding both the big picture and the nuances of the business.
  • Turn data into actionable insights, cutting through data clutter to deliver unique insights that drive our growth agenda.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders across all Revlon brands.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (primary, secondary, and syndicated) to drive ideation of brand strategy and executional tactics.


Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in research, trends, or analytics
  • Advanced proficiency working with syndicated datasets (Circana or Nielsen) - required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency, or aptitude to learn, PowerBI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and strategic thinker with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to drive brand and financial goals.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

The base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
