Seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Developer to design and develop end-to-end web applications supporting Federal Government modernization programs. The candidate will have strong proficiency across frontend and backend technologies, APIs, and cloud-native development. As a valued member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.
Essential Job Functions
Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js).
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality.
Design and implement database schemas and data access layers.
Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
Implement security best practices, including input validation, authentication, and authorization.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 years of software development, 1 year full-stack.
Demonstrated expertise in: Frontend frameworks (React, Angular), backend development, databases, APIs, and cloud development.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Desired Skills
Understand PeopleSoft and related Oracle technology.
AWS Certified Developer or equivalent full-stack/cloud certification.
Experience developing full-stack applications for DoD or federal agency programs.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and Section 508 compliance.
Other Qualifications
DOD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required
Work Location: Hybrid, Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on-site multiple days per week.
