The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Following supplier part APQP and PPAP (product release),
- Following supplier performance and define action within supplier KPI's,
- Review analysis of field inquiry reports and Position of the complaint, management and Monitoring of the required measures in the direction of the supplier,
- Coordination of supplier visits, implementation of proactive and reactive supplier improvement measures,
- Making yearly supplier audit within development plans,
- Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager and working alongside supervisors, technicians and other support groups,
- Support to other MAGNA plant if necessary.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering at reputable university,
- Min 3 years' experience in Automotive Quality Department, SQA position is preferable,
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of the systems for improving the supplier quality,
- IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor, VDA 6.3 Certifications is plus,
- Strong knowledge about AIAG Core tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP),
- Knowledge about problem solving techniques as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.,
- Knowledge of using the measurement equipment's,
- Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings,
- Experience about Injection process and plastics parts, STI, wire harness,
- Understanding of cost and financial impacts,
- Good planning and reporting skills,
- Negotiation and team working skills.
