Au sein du service de commercialisation, le spécialiste aura comme principale fonction d'assister la Chef, gestion des circulaires, dans la conception et la production hebdomadaire des circulaires Uniprix et Proxim, ainsi que du matériel publicitaire imprimé.

· Contribuer à l’ensemble des étapes de production des circulaires, carnets saisonniers ainsi que des catalogues des fêtes;

· Participer à la cueillette d’information auprès des gestionnaires de catégories et leurs adjointes;

· Faire le suivi des projets et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de TC Média et l’équipe du marketing;

· Assister la Chef dans les processus créatifs et le développement des thématiques en circulaire;

· Préparer les grilles de mise en page;

· Assurer la lecture et la correction des épreuves et valider les annotations dans l’outil Job Assistant;

· Assurer la formation des nouveaux employés sur JA en ce qui concerne les bonnes pratiques d’annotations et de suivi du matériel annoncé;

· Assurer un contrôle de qualité selon les normes graphiques établies;

· Veiller au respect des échéanciers;

Minimum requis:

Nécessite généralement plus de 5 ans d'expérience connexe

compétences supplémentaires:

•Détenir un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en marketing, multimédias/publicité ou communication ou une combinaison d’expérience et de formation pertinente

•Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente, notamment en gestion de projets ou expérience équivalente.

•Détenir de l’expérience en production visuelle imprimée;

•Être capable de travailler sous pression, de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois et de respecter des délais serrés;

•Connaître l’environnement du commerce de détail, sera considéré comme un atout;

•Démontrer un grand intérêt pour les nouvelles plateformes et la nouvelle technologie;

•Savoir communiquer et collaborer en équipe;

•Avoir un sens marqué pour le souci du détail;

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Within the marketing department, the specialist's main function will be to assist the Manager, Flyer Management, in the design and weekly production of Uniprix and Proxim flyers, as well as printed advertising material.

- Contribute to all stages of the production of flyers, seasonal booklets and holiday catalogs; - Participate in gathering information from category managers and their assistants; Monitor projects and work closely with the TC Media team and the marketing team;

- Assist the Chef in the creative processes and the development of circular themes;

- Prepare layout grids;

- Ensure the reading and correction of proofs and validate annotations in the Job Assistant tool;

- Ensure the training of new employees on JA with regard to good practices for annotations and follow-up of announced material;

- Ensure quality control according to established graphic standards; - Ensure compliance with deadlines;

 

Minimum requirement:

 

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

 

Additional Skills:

• College or university degree in marketing, multimedia/advertising or communication or a combination of experience and relevant training

• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in project management or equivalent experience.

• Have experience in printed visual production;

•Be able to work under pressure, manage several projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines;

• Knowing the retail environment will be considered an asset;

•Demonstrate a great interest in new platforms and new technology;

• Know how to communicate and collaborate in a team;

•Have a strong sense of attention to detail;

 

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

 

Career Level – IC Business Support – B4

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
