Core Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end build and scheduling of Push Notifications and SMS campaigns using internal marketing automation tools, ensuring accurate targeting and timely deployment.
- Supports the rollout of automated communications journeys by translating business requirements into technical execution steps and coordinating with development teams.
- Consistently performs rigorous quality assurance (QA) on emails and mobile messages to validate links, personalization logic, and rendering across devices, ensuring a flawless customer experience.
- Maintains a library of service communication templates, conducting periodic audits to ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and accuracy across all touchpoints.
- Leverages generative AI tools to draft copy, optimize messaging tone, and improve efficiency for stakeholder approvals and content delivery.
- Develops reports on campaign performance, including delivery rates, open rates, and engagement metrics, to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Legal to route creative assets for approval, resolve blockers, and keep complex projects on schedule.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
