What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Sourcing Lead to join our growing team. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to source and procure custom electronics, ensuring suppliers meet our quality, price and delivery requirements. This position offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives that strengthen our supply chain and vendor partnerships. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Manager of Sourcing and Procurement at our Everett, WA office.
You Will
- Source electronic components and assemblies in collaboration with engineering and production. Drive BOM cost reductions and secure vendor capacity to support schedule requirements.
- Identify new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to develop a diverse and robust supply chain.
- Lead bidding efforts. Negotiate contract terms and manage existing contracts with vendors including manufacturing service agreements, stocking programs, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Lead initiatives and projects cross-functionally.
- Create purchase orders, resolve invoice and receiving snags. Maintain accurate ERP vendor and open order data.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree or 6+ years of experience in supply chain function
- 3+ years of experience working in procurement, operations, or buying function supporting manufacturing
- Experience sourcing long lead time electronic components/assemblies in coordination with engineering teams
- Understanding of engineered part drawings and specification sheets
- Experience working for a high-growth technology or research startup
- Experience in prototype development, new product introduction buying, and high-volume manufacturing

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. This is an exempt salaried role.
