Role Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand client goals, processes, and technical environments
- Translate customer needs into clear, scalable solution designs and technical requirements
- Deliver tailored demos, proof of concepts, and solution walkthroughs that bring the product to life
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on customer needs
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering based on client insights and market trends
- Partner with Sales and BD teams on deal strategy, proposals, and opportunity qualification
- Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate, compelling technical and functional detail
- Influence client decision-making by clearly articulating solution value, feasibility, and outcomes
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams, minimising rework and driving successful implementation
- Maintain deep product expertise and act as a trusted subject-matter expert across clients and internal teams
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or other client-facing technical roles
- Proven ability to translate complex client needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong track record supporting enterprise sales, including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and deal strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, integrations, and implementation considerations
- Strong awareness of market trends and competitive landscape to inform solution positioning
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
