The Role

ActionIQ is a new kind of customer data platform that lets marketing teams tap directly into central data sources and activate it anywhere in the customer journey. The Team You’ll Join: 

As a Solutions Consultant (SC), you will report to the Director of Solutions Consulting. You’d be joining an incredibly talented team who play an instrumental role in helping to convey how the technical capability of the ActionIQ platform translates into greater business value for our customers. The responsibilities of the SC team start at the very beginning of a new sales cycle and end when a new customer goes into production. The SC team is instrumental in helping to qualify technical requirements, building trusted relationships with prospective clients and ultimately proving value with ActionIQ’s CX Hub.

How You'll Contribute: 

  • You will partner closely with our Sales Directors to present the technical and business value of the ActionIQ platform to prospective customers
  • Facilitate customer sessions, including architectural deep dives and business value design workshops that uncover their goals and present solutions on how ActionIQ can bring them success
  • Become an expert in the ActionIQ platform and our ecosystem of over 300 integrations. Work closely with Sales Directors to execute pre-sales activities including: leading demonstrations, (POC) Proof-of-Concept, (RFP) Request for Proposals
  • Lead technical validation activities
  • Produce learnings for internal and external consumption

What You Bring: 

  • 4+ years in Enterprise Sales working within a SaaS product and 3+ years in a Pre-Sales role
  • You are a consummate storyteller and have a successful history of presenting complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 3+ years in mar-tech or ad-tech enterprise systems and have a complex understanding of the marketing technology and advertising technology ecosystems and how business users use data to drive business value
  • You've been working with data and can understand SQL, cloud data warehousing, and other related technologies
  • You love to be part of a winning team who drive value for customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%

Compensation:  

  • Our compensation package includes base salary, variable bonus, stock options, and the great benefits shown below. 
    • The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is: $200,000 - $213,000
