What You’ll Accomplish with Us

As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Translating requirements into end-to-end solutions and ensuring delivery aligns with architectural design (across architecture, technology, and organizational dimensions)
  • Leading solution reviews and architectural decision-making in alignment with enterprise standards
  • Ensuring seamless integration of solutions into existing ecosystems and proposing pragmatic approaches to challenges
  • Ensuring solution quality and integrity from design through delivery, including validation of requirements
  • Providing multidisciplinary leadership across delivery teams and internal and external stakeholders

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong leadership and the ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams
  • Stands out for strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and adaptability in complex, fast-evolving environments
  • Is known for negotiation skills and effective management of priorities and challenges
  • Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in information technology, including at least 7 years in solution architecture
  • Has strong knowledge of modern technologies: cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), integration (APIs, event-driven), DevOps, and security
  • Holds a relevant university degree in computer science or a related field
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence

Skills Required

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in information technology, including at least 7 years in solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with integration technologies (APIs, event-driven architecture)
  • DevOps experience and practices
  • Knowledge of security principles and practices
  • Relevant university degree in computer science or related field
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and adaptability in complex environments
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage priorities and challenges
  • Demonstrated strong interest in innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence
