Software QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality products. This is a key role where you will be responsible for designing and executing various types of tests - including functional, integration, reliability, security, and usability - to ensure product excellence.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will also play a strategic role in establishing and refining testing processes, defining test strategies, tracking quality metrics, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute functional, integration, reliability, security, and usability tests
• Define and drive test strategies aligned with business and technical objectives
• Establish and continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Collect, analyze, and communicate quality metrics to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Care teams to ensure product quality
• Mentor team members on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA or Software Testing
• Proven experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the QA role in the software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams
• Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
