Job Description
As a Software QA Engineer at RaySecur, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of tests and processes to protect against defects which may arise over the course of continuous product evolution and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new feature and regression tests on new releases, patches, etc…
- Thoroughly document, troubleshoot and report issues on collaborative issue tracking systems
- Develop and codify company-wide quality assurance standards and processes
- Specify quality metrics to track continuous improvement in products
- Ensure product release meets customer expectations and standards
- Collaborate with developers and business team to specify and create new test cases
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT or related area
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity for attention to detail (but also to understand the ‘big picture')
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Strong command of relevant software including JIRA, excel, word processing, etc…
Additional qualifications nice to have:
- Experience with one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc…)
