Join our Software Project Management team to deliver cutting-edge automotive
embedded software for power electronics across multiple vehicle platforms. You will lead
planning, coordination, monitoring, and communication to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery,
tackling challenges through decisive action and effective problem-solving—both independently
and in collaboration with the team
- Assist in planning, execution, and release of software for power-electronics products.
- Align scope, requirement, and timeline via proactive and clear communication with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, address risks or delays, and implement mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, testing, and quality teams to deliver milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, record decisions, and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science,
or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in embedded software development with exposure to project
management; background in the automotive or EV industry is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of automotive quality standards and software development
processes (V-Model, Agile, ASPICE, ISO 26262).
- Fundamental knowledge of embedded software (model-based, C++) and power
electronics systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
