In this role, you'll be joining our Customer Lifecycle Engineering team as a Software Engineer.

TECH PROFILE/ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 6 years of technical experience. 
  • Hands-On experience of working 4+ years with 1 or more of the following Java, Python, React, Node.js, APEX, LWC JavaScript, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Salesforce, Experience Cloud
  • Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. 
  • Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation. 
  • Testing and debugging code, ensuring quality and performance of the relevant application. 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates with experience with one or more of Salesforce, Creatio or Microsoft Dynamics and/or CPQ technologies will be preferred.
  • Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.  
  • Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.  
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.  
  • Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.  
  • Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization. 
  • Ability to leverage ai-powered developer tools to rapidly build reliable, secure and scalable CRM solutions

  

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Professional qualification or equivalent. 
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable)   
  • Solid English reading/writing capability required. 
  • Strong communication & articulation skills. 
  • Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. 
  • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.
  • Agile related certifications preferable. 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.  
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to understand goals, requirements, and deliverables. 
  • Develop high quality solutions in line with business requirements. 
  • Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.  
  • Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.  
  • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes. 
  • Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems. 
  • Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce.
