Software Engineer – Buying and Supply Chain
At Kramp, our Buying and Supply Chain processes are central to ensuring product availability, strong supplier performance, and customer satisfaction across Europe. We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys backend development and wants to make meaningful business impact through better integrations, automation, and supply chain efficiency.
Your team
You’ll join our new 7member Buying and Supply Chain team, responsible for Slim4 (Supply Chain Planning), Oracle Fusion/Cloud Procurement, and supplier integrations. Your main focus will be building and improving these integrations.
In this role, you will design and implement EDI workflows, data transformations, and integration frameworks using BizTalk, and translating business requirements into clear technical solutions. You’ll also provide thirdline functional and technical support, participate in international projects, and work within Agile SCRUM using JIRA and Confluence.
Your work ensures smooth, automated, and standardized data exchange with suppliers—directly improving operational efficiency, data quality, and supply chain reliability.
Who are you?
- Besides your enthusiastic and curious mindset, we ask for:
- 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming in C#/.NET, including a solid understanding of architectural principles and common design patterns.
- A primary focus on backend development, with interest in fullstack aspects such as databases, DevOps practices, and frontend dashboards.
- Hands-on experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions).
- Experience designing, implementing, and delivering scalable, well-tested APIs, with practical knowledge of containerization (Docker) and API management.
- Flexibility to contribute to a variety of engineering tasks that support a reliable and healthy integration environment.
- Assertiveness and decisiveness in owning work items endtoend, enabling effective collaboration in a remotefriendly setting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, capable of breaking down complex integration challenges.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially in logistical and EDIrelated domains.
What do we offer?
We are an ambitious, fast-growing, and financially healthy organization. You can expect:
- 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days.
- Flexible working policy in hours and location.
- Travel- and working from home allowance.
- Profit sharing bonus.
- Great budget for training and courses.
- Generous pension plan.
