Role Description

We are seeking a talented and technically skilled Software Engineer, MTS, focused on developing Web Services and Salesforce platform engineering, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Java, or Python.

In this role, you will design, build, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and web services. You’ll implement modern DevOps and Quality Engineering practices — including automated testing, code quality enforcement, and environment management — using tools such as Git, Jenkins, SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Salesforce APIs.

You’ll collaborate across teams to streamline workflows, ensure security best practices, and document technical solutions to support continuous improvement in release and operations processes. This is a hands-on engineering role covering all phases of the development lifecycle — from design and implementation through testing and production deployment.

This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and communicates effectively across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in software development.

  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, Async Apex, and Salesforce Flows, with a strong understanding of best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.

  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • 2+ years of experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).

  • 2+ years of UI automation experience using Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins.

  • 2+ years of experience in testing web services (SOAP/REST APIs).

Desired Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.

  • Experience with Agentforce implementation for AI agent deployments.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

  • 2+ years of experience with React.js is a significant plus.

  • Experience developing in an Agile environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define processes and methodologies.

  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) practices.

  • Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models and concepts.

  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
