Software Development Engineers [Integrated Engineers] are responsible for development of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet firm obligations. The Software Development Engineering focus specializes in the design, development and testing of software systems for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. conducts, and evaluates application audits and testing processes and ensures the applications or products meet those defined quality standards. May also create documentation so that future managers and engineers know how to solve potential issues. In addition to software design and development skill sets, employees in these roles should have in-depth knowledge of automated testing tools and traditional quality assurance approaches.
Cloud Development: Focus specializes in the development, deployment and maintenance of applications and computing solutions that can be hosted and operated entirely on web based platforms. Plans, designs, develops, tests and troubleshoots cloud based application, works across the complete cloud stack i.e. Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) and/or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) leveraging suites like Salesforce.com, cloud platform, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Azure, Google App Engine and Amazon Web Services/EC2.
