Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Design and Development

• Design and Develop Software: Independently design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write and Optimize Code: Write and optimize clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Contribute to System Design: Contribute to designing system architectures and software solutions, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software defects and issues efficiently.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet project goals.
• Follow Security Best Practices: Ensure that applications appropriately control access to sensitive resources.
• Ensure System Performance: Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure optimal user experience and system efficiency

· Software Development Lifecycle

• Create Comprehensive Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for software design, code, and processes.
• Conduct Code Reviews: Participate in and lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Implement Testing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure software quality.
• Engage in Agile Practices: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide User Support: Address and resolve user issues and provide technical support when needed.

· Growth

• Adopt Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance development processes.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in a related field

Work is performed in an office environment.
