The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can create engaging content, grow our online presence and build meaningful connections with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands social trends, communicates clearly and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
    •    Develop and manage content for social media channels
    •    Create posts, captions and graphics that represent the brand voice
    •    Plan and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
    •    Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
    •    Track performance metrics and prepare reports on growth and trends
    •    Collaborate with marketing, design and leadership teams
    •    Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging trends
    •    Assist with social media campaigns and promotions
    •    Maintain a consistent and professional presence across all channels

Qualifications
    •    Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
    •    Strong writing and communication skills
    •    Creativity in content creation and an understanding of visual style
    •    Ability to analyze data and understand audience behavior
    •    Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
    •    Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms
    •    Ability to adapt quickly to changes in social media trends
    •    Collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas
