We are seeking a talented individual to join the Enterprise Social Media team as the Social Media Specialist for Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The social media specialist for Guy Carpenter is responsible for all facets of social media including the development of organic and paid campaigns, publishing to company pages, analytics and insights, employee advocacy, colleague training, and brand reputation management. This individual will also be involved in a range of strategic marketing projects. The role is a part of the Enterprise Social Media team and works together with the Guy Carpenter Marketing team.
We will count on you to:
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for Guy Carpenter company pages on social media (LinkedIn and X), publish content, interpret analytics and make recommendations.
- Champion employee advocacy at Guy Carpenter, training and enabling colleagues, supporting leaders and SMEs.
- Execute on daily brand reputation management monitoring across company pages, channeling activity through to resolution.
- Contribute to presentations, scorecards and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing programs effectiveness.
- Develop and edit copy for digital marketing materials, including mailings, ads, surveys, and website landing pages.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital media channels, including social media, website and email campaigns.
What you need to have:
- Must have a minimum of two years B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn and X (Global experience)
- Strong understanding and application of B2B social media content strategy, platform algorithms, and expertise in interpreting social media performance/delivering recommendations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently driving programs
- Active presence on LinkedIn or Meta (all candidates will be screened for their social media profiles and activity, as using the channels correlates with investment in always learning and staying on top of the latest trends, changes, and algorithms first-hand)
