About the Position

The Site Quality Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of site-level quality programs and initiatives that comply with customer standard, governing bodies and Kenco. This incumbent will provide site-level training and coaching to employees; as well as, provide stakeholders with routine updates regarding the effectiveness of the program(s).

Functions

· Supervises any Quality professionals at site.

· Dotted line reporting to Network Quality Manager and Corporate Quality Manager.

· Design, implement and administer value-added quality programs that adhere to customer standards and compliant with external rules and regulations.

· Create and maintain necessary documentation regarding quality programs and processes (e.g. equipment controls, deviation and preventative/corrective action plans, recalls, audits and other business continuity documentation.

· Partner with site-level management to ensure employees adhere to customer requirements as defined in the quality agreement.

· Execute investigations when necessary and develop corrective action plans; including root cause analysis tracking the resolution process and effectiveness of the response.

· Conduct site-level training as it relates to quality program(s); including evaluations, effectiveness measurements, for all positions at site. Assist in coordination and execution of Training within Industry (TWI) program.

· Perform routine and adhoc audits to ensure compliance with quality program(s) and issue corrective action plans when necessary.

· Generate and assess quality metrics for dissemination of trends that affect service quality and customer reviews.

· Partners with both site and corporate leadership, Best Practices and Customer Quality to develop, implement and maintain best practices for meeting FDA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

· Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in a quality management field required; preferably in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals or medical devices).

· Knowledge of ISO/QS quality standards, cost management, process flow analysis and task scheduling preferred.

· Strong communication skills (i.e. verbal and written), with ability to present effectively before groups, customers or employees of the organization and establish effective relationships.

· Advance Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of workforce management software.
