The Leidos Digital Modernization sector has an opening for a SharePoint Developer to support a critical DoD customer. The SharePoint Developer will create and maintain SharePoint sites to support the customer directorate content as well as the broadcasting of key information to the DoD enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing:

Participate in the development of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development/execution within an agile project environment.

Perform the development and administration of sites, libraries, and lists for SharePoint spaces on various domains.

Provide operations and sustainment of applications, back-end infrastructure, and support site enhancements.

Build and customize internal and customer-facing production websites, including testing new document templates, assisting with organization business rules to be applied to metadata, testing new features, web development and systems administration, and workflow troubleshooting.

Create data visualizations from multiple sources using SharePoint and Power BI.

Support customers and multiple teams through any service questions or issues and take appropriate helpful action to initiate repairs promptly.

Provide advanced training to analysts, disseminators, and organizational administrators.

Ascertain new areas where SharePoint can be leveraged to streamline business practices.

Drive clear and concise team communication and correspond accordingly with clients.

Monitor operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management, client teams, team leads, and other stakeholders.

Drive for continuous improvement and feedback at all levels of the organization.
What Does Leidos Need From Me? :
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 8 years of prior relevant experience in a software development environment.

Experience with SQL.
-
Intellectually curious with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Demonstrated experience working with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SharePoint Designer, C#, and .NET to build new sites, and maintain existing sites.

Experience with Agile principles, ceremonies, and implementation.
-
Solid knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Expertise in working with high Government officers.

Solid presentation skills and development of presentation charts.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-
U.S. citizenship with a Secret security clearance; the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
