Job DescriptionExperience: 7+ Years
Location: Pune/ Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain APIs, with a focus on TMF APIs and OpenAPIs
- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow integrations, particularly for CSM and ITSM modules
- Customize and configure ServiceNow, including the development of scoped applications
- Implement ITIL processes within the ServiceNow environment
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of APIs and integrations
- Utilize DevOps practices, including automated testing with ATF and GitLab pipelines
- Manage version control using Git
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation
- Develop and execute test plans using tools such as ATF Framework and Postman
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Proactively interface with stakeholders and self-organize integration tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to API integrations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in API development and ServiceNow platform
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Mentor junior developers in API development and ServiceNow best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all development work
