Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to lead and execute strategies that improve search visibility, traffic, and campaign performance. The role involves managing both organic and paid search initiatives, analysing performance data, and delivering actionable insights to drive measurable results.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SEO and SEM (agency or in-house)

  • Proven success managing and optimising paid search campaigns

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and ranking factors

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimise SEO and SEM strategies for the business and its clients

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits

  • Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on Google and other search platforms

  • Monitor and report on search performance metrics and campaign ROI

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements, including technical SEO updates

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility and conversion performance
