As an SEO Growth Specialist, you'll help drive Wix's organic growth by developing and implementing strategic SEO initiatives across various topics and markets. You’ll turn data and research into compelling stories that influence teams and generate business results. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Perform market, keyword, and competitor research to determine the best SEO strategies for different topics

• Monitor SEO performance metrics and create regular reports to track results, highlight areas for improvement, and guide decision-making

• Work closely with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices

• Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities

• Transform complex data into clear, actionable narratives and communicate key insights through engaging presentations for stakeholders across the company

• Create SEO Content briefs and conduct tech audits to maintain pages health and signal quality for search engines

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, with bonus points for experience in large-scale international sites 

• Skilled in using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Excel 

• Native-level English proficiency 

• Analytical thinker with the ability to conduct thorough research and make actionable data-driven decisions 

• Passionate about organic growth and the evolving search landscape - including AI, and SERP innovation with a focus on quality traffic and conversion opportunities 

• Detail-oriented, versatile, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience is a must
