Job Description

We offer a contract of employment, 60% tax-deductible cost and a hybrid work model (1 or 2 days a week in the office)

Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:

Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and shape bold, modern, ground-breaking UI designs to improve Allegro's look & feel. If you have a passion for creating innovative user experiences and translating ideas into compelling data-driven visuals then we might be looking for you!

We are looking for people who:

• Have significant experience designing usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Can think outside the box and push the boundaries of design
• Have creative minds with a knack for visual consistency
• Are proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, Lottie) and have an eye for detail
• Are curious about the user, problem or the solution they are looking for
• Love experimenting and do not shy away from bold ideas, propose hypotheses and verify them
• Have strong verbal and visual presentation skills that communicate the process, approach, and impact of the design (visual storytelling)
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the rationale for design choices
• Can create interesting and engaging mobile applications, but the needs of the Web are also not foreign to them.
• Are communicative and focused on cooperation and problem-solving
• Are open to discussing their topics in English (fluent English on C1 level)

The following are also a plus:

• Experience with creating animations and motion graphics (Adobe Ae, An, Lottie)
• Ability to balance the need to create innovative designs with the requirement to maintain consistency with the brand and design system
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while collaborating with various stakeholders, including PM, DEV, and Marketing

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

Defining a Consistent Visual Direction

• establishing and maintaining a unified visual approach across all channels and platforms
• developing and refining UI components, icons, and other design assets

Creative Supervision over Product Development

• overseeing the creative aspects of product development to ensure alignment with our simplification goals
• working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• ensuring the design system enhances the usability and accessibility of the e-commerce platform

Creating Visual Standards

• developing and implementing visual standards that guide the design process and enhance the user experience
• creating and developing coherent solutions to improve look&feel
• conducting regular audits of the design system and its implementation across the platform to ensure quality and consistency
