We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with a technical focus. Someone who loves solving complex problems and thrives at the intersection of user experience and technical detail.
You’ll play a key role in bringing strategies to life, turning requirements into elegant, functional experiences. You’ll define how interfaces and components behave, then document those details with clear specifications, diagrams and mappings that make development smooth. Working closely with developers and UI designers, you’ll ensure every interaction is elegant, achievable and ready to build.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that cares deeply about the work and each other. You'll partner with some of the country's most future-focused clients.
What you'll do.
- Design digital experiences for complex tools and platforms with a strong technical lens.
- Translate experience strategies into clear, detailed specifications that developers can pick up and run with.
- Review technical documentation to ensure designs align with system capabilities.
- Visually represent how features and workflows function, aiding in communication, technical alignment and development.
- Deliver UX activities such as research, wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers and UI designers to ensure functionality and design work beautifully together.
What we're looking for.
- 4–7 years of experience in UX design with strong technical awareness, ideally for tools, systems or complex platforms.
- A portfolio that shows your ability to design and document functional experiences, from wireframes to detailed specifications.
- Comfortable reviewing and working with technical documentation such as API specs and system diagrams.
- Skilled in Figma and related UX tools.
- Confidence in planning and facilitating workshops with clients.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and an ability to translate technical complexity into user-friendly solutions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams.
- You might come from:
- A UX design role with experience in tooling or technical systems.
- A business analysis role with strong UX design skills.
