SENIOR TRANSFER PRICING ANALYST
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will support and continuously enhance Capri Sun’s global transfer pricing (TP) framework by ensuring compliant, audit‑ready documentation, consistent policy implementation and accurate intercompany pricing outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations and our local entities to collect, validate, analyze data, prepare TP documentation, maintain intercompany agreements and support ongoing TP monitoring activities.
A key part of this role is enabling smooth financial operations, supporting TP risk mitigation, contributing to strategic TP updates and strengthening TP awareness across the organisation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance and Documentation
Maintain and prepare inputs for Local Files / Master File; collect, validate, and structure quantitative and qualitative data from local entities
Prepare, manage, and maintain template intercompany agreements; coordinate updates for Legal / Head of Global Tax approval and ensure proper execution and archiving
Coordinate data requests and documentation drafts with tax advisors; consolidate inputs for internal review
Monitor developments in the legal and regulatory TP landscape (OECD, EU, BEPS initiatives) and summarise impacts for senior management
Financial Operations and Monitoring
Conduct recurring TP risk monitoring using intercompany margin dashboards, threshold alerts, and variance analyses, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions
Perform calculations for intercompany service charges and management fee allocations, recommend TP adjustments and coordinate bookings with Finance
Implement approved pricing methodologies across Capri Sun and ensure ongoing adherence
Advisory and Strategy Support
Support periodic reviews and updates of Capri Sun’s TP strategy by preparing financial analyses, method comparisons and policy proposals
Conduct comparables analyses and maintain benchmarking documentation
Provide TP data, process mapping and documentation support for indirect tax and broader business process initiatives
Develop training materials and deliver internal awareness sessions to strengthen TP understanding across the organisation
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax or equivalent
Additional tax qualifications (e.g. TP post‑graduate certificate) are a plus
2–4 years of transfer pricing experience, ideally from a Big Four environment
Advantageous: in‑house exposure or secondments involving documentation, IC service charges, or TP operational adjustments
Understanding of OECD TP Guidelines, BEPS initiatives and experience with Master/Local File drafting
Experience working with benchmarking databases (e.g. TP Catalyst, RoyaltyRange) and conducting comparables analyses
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic modelling), Power Query / Power BI skills are a plus
Working knowledge of TP methods (cost‑plus, TNMM, CUP), management fee allocation principles, and true‑up processes
Experience with SAP and data reconciliation is an advantage
Fluency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus
Strong attention to detail, structured problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under multiple deadlines
Strong stakeholder management; comfortable coordinating across Finance, Legal, and external advisors
Located in Warsaw region or willing to come to the office at least 2 days per week
EU citizenship or unrestricted authorisation to live and work in Poland - Relocation support or work visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this role
