Senior Technology Product Manager (AI)

Our Product team is seeking a Senior Technology Product Manager who is passionate about innovating and delivering high quality, differentiated AI solutions across Enablon’s integrated risk platform.
Responsibilities
Work closely with product managers to deliver high value AI powered features that enhance Enablon workflows through conversational search, agentic workflows, and advanced analytics.
Own and contribute to the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to evaluate feasibility and shape AI solution designs.
Partner with UX teams to design intuitive and humancentered AI experiences.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of AI solution lifecycles, from proof of concept through production deployment.
Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and performance monitoring for AI capabilities.
Maintain up to date knowledge of advances in AI, generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, automation, and AI UX design.
Gather customer insights and market feedback to validate AI use cases, guide prioritization, and measure the impact of delivered features.
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, priorities, and risks.
Requirements
Strong understanding of modern AI and ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, predictive models, MLOps, model evaluation, etc.).
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership with a focus on AI, ML, or intelligent software features.
3+ years of hands on technical experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or data engineering.
Experience working with cloud environments and modern AI frameworks.
User centric mindset and strong product thinking.
Comfortable working in an agile environment with evolving priorities.
Excellent communication, integrity, and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Proactive, problem solving mindset and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
