Role Overview
The Senior Technical Product Manager (R28) is responsible for driving end-to-end product delivery by translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role partners closely with engineering, business, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities aligned to organizational priorities.
This role is part of the Technology Product Management function, where individuals operate with ownership across product lifecycle-strategy, execution, and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and manage product roadmap aligned to business and enterprise objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and technical specifications
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and delivery timelines
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams
- Communicate product status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
- Use data and insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvements
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across delivery lifecycle
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Owner, or related roles

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
- Proven solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage prioritization and trade-offs across competing demands
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries)
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Rally, or Jira
- Experience managing integrations, platforms, or large-scale transformations
- Exposure to data-driven product delivery and analytics
