We are looking for a Tech Lead with advanced English skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will excel in prioritizing backlogs, leading a small team, and transforming business requirements into actionable product requirements. This role is critical in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Must Have:
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in LAMP tech stack, specifically Linux, Apache, MariaDB, and PHP.
- Experience with CakePHP 4 and Wordpress.org.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a development backlog.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a small team.
- Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.
