We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our global talent team (20+ people) to support our growth as we continue to scale across Europe. You’ll play a key role in building out core teams in our European offices, hiring across engineering, product, commercial, and operational roles.
This role blends hands-on delivery with the chance to help shape how we grow in a new market. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high performing talent team that works closely with the business and constantly looks for ways to improve how we hire.
What you'll do
- Leading end-to-end hiring for roles across our European team - spanning tech, product, commercial, and operations
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team goals and define smart hiring strategies
- Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates
- Supporting wider talent projects in Europe, from improving candidate experience and DEI in hiring to refining our process and tooling
- Working closely with global teammates to share ideas, resources, and learnings
- Acting as a thought partner to the business as we continue expanding our presence in Europe
What you'll have
- Proven experience hiring across a range of functions, ideally with a strong grounding in technical recruitment
- Someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape a growing market
- A hands-on recruiter who can balance delivery with strategic thinking
- Curiosity, initiative, and a creative approach to problem-solving
- A strong focus on inclusive hiring and delivering a great candidate experience
