BBST - BrazilBoeing Brazil is seeking a Senior Systems Software Engineer for Software Development, MBE / MBSE Integration, reporting to the Integrated Simulation and Modeling & Systems Engineering Tools Manager working out of the São José Dos Campos office. The Senior Systems Software Engineer will join the ISM and SE Tools Team to work with Model Based Engineering, Specifications, Solutions, Architecture and Software development for applications over the BCA Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead Software Development activities through standards for Aircraft Level Systems Development for several programs.
• Drive continual improvement in solutions sets to Development and Derivative Programs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
• Must have a Bachelor Degree in engineering.
• Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA)
• Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
• In-depth experience with Software Development Integration (Aircraft Level Systems and Tools).
• In-depth experience with Model-based Engineering (modeling and simulation using Matlab/Simulink)
• Experience with Coding experience (Plugins, C, C++, Python, Java, Labview, etc.).
• Experience with Virtual System Integration, Lab Development, Software-in-the-loop, Hardware-in-the-loop, Data Acquisition Systems (development, integration and troubleshooting).
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
• Master's degree in engineering.
• Experience applying systems engineering principles.
• Experience with System Test Engineering will be an asset in this role.
• Model-based systems engineering and model-based engineering applications and toolsets.
• Flexible collaboration skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with ARP-4754, ARP-4761, DO-178B/C, Part-60.
