The ideal candidate is someone seeking an opportunity where Engineering Technical,
Process and Communication skills can shine in a fast-paced environment. The ability to
include responsibility for technology ranging from office location interconnectivity,
specialized Optical equipment architecture for customer site installations and support of
the production / development Azure cloud environment as part of an extended team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with solid technical and
communication skills and the drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics
continues to grow. Hands-on skills is a must.

needs regarding customer site installations
o Understand customer office environment and provide design needs for
technology standards
o Work with the DigitalOptometrics business teams to architect and design
new solutions by incorporating the latest technologies
o Provide 3 rd level support for the customer site Installation Teams
o Provide 3 rd level support for DigitalOptometrics Service Desk team

Tele-optometry is a remote eye examination system that combines the capabilities of the internet with high-definition video conferencing, remote-operated equipment and proprietary software. The Company plans to offer comprehensive optical examinations utilizing professionals remotely.
The system will improve profitability for retail optical stores, help optometrists expand their practices, and deliver greater convenience and quality service to patients.
