Key Responsibilities
- System Governance & Architecture
- Build system frameworks and policies (access, compliance, lifecycle)
- Ensure integration and governance across the SaaS stack
- Evaluate AI tools for monitoring and anomaly detection
- Administration & Monitoring
- Manage core SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Oversee endpoint security tools and system monitoring
- Administer key business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Implement AIOps for smarter alerting and troubleshooting
- Security & Data Governance
- Own IAM, SSO, and access control frameworks
- Apply security standards (Zero Trust, SOC 2)
- Support audits and use AI for threat detection and response
- Automation & Efficiency
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, and reporting (Python, Bash)
- Build low-code/AI workflows to reduce manual work
- Support system consolidation and governance at scale
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a systems advisor on IT architecture and automation
- Partner with teams across engineering and security
- Provide advanced support and mentor junior admins
- Promote AI literacy and experimentation within the team
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or MIS governance roles.
- Proven expertise in SaaS administration and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Strong background in security frameworks, IAM, and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with device management systems (Jamf, JumpCloud or others) and SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Office365, Atlassian, Slack).
- Strong experience in building integrations and data flows using iPaaS solutions such as Zapier, Workato or Mulesoft
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to systems designs, implement and enforce governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in building Bash and Python scripts to automate administrative tasks, accelerate execution, and enforce governance.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization tools.
- Advantage - Experience managing CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) including governance, administration, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of project management and cross-functional system implementation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven IT tools (e.g., AIOps platforms, AI monitoring, anomaly detection, automated remediation systems).
- Experience with prompt engineering and the ability to evaluate/apply generative AI copilots for IT automation and support.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR.
- Experience with Zero Trust security models (ZTNA, ZScaler, Umbrella).
- Knowledge of network administration (firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers).
- Certifications or coursework in AI for IT Operations, cloud automation
