Job DescriptionWHAT WILL YOU DO?
Analyze business needs and coordinate with stakeholders.
Identify data and reporting requirements.
Prepare business and system requirement documents (BRS/SRS).
Support core banking development.
Work with designers and testers to align business and IT.
Take part in report and dashboard design.
Plan and support testing (integration, UAT) and go-live activities.
Ensure quality and consistency of IT deliverables.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?
5+ years of experience in banking or financial IT projects.
Experience with core banking systems.
Strong business analysis and SQL skills (Oracle is a plus).
Fluent English.
Confident use of JIRA/Confluence.
Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset.
WHAT IS GOOD TO HAVE?
Experience or certification with Thought Machine Vault.
Background in agile or international project environments.
Experience with Flexcube.
- Knowledge of microservices, Cloud (AWS preferred), and Kafka.
