Leidos is seeking a Software Developer for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers, and data engineers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Java and/or Python applications that leverages Large Language Model (LLM) API calls
Utilized Scrum agile techniques to manage workload and incrementally build out applications to meet customer requirements
Leverage Amazon Web Services
Experience creating RESTful API
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
Hands-on development experience in object oriented programming languages like Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, Ruby etc.
Experience with defining system architectures and design of new features
Prior experience developing solutions to customer requirements
Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck
Desired Qualifications:
Exposure to foundation AI models such as GPT
Familiarity with AI topics and concepts such as prompt engineering
Experience with AI libraries such as LangChain or others
Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) Concepts
Experience with design patterns and best practices
Experience building microservices
Experience with integration testing frameworks
Documented open source contributions, technical certifications, continued education
